Charlie Edgeworth, 19, from Hastings, East Sussex decided to go to Poland for moob reduction surgery (pictured left after the operation) after being branded 'Mooby' by bullies and covering up his body for year. He said he didn't take his top off after primary school and has never had a girlfriend because of his hang up about his chest. The teenager suffers from gynaecomastia - a hormone imbalance meaning he has more oestrogen than testosterone - causing the excess breast tissue (top and bottom right). After having 200ml of fat and glandular tissue removed from each breast in an operation in Poland he says he feels like a new person, although he had to sell his pride and joy - his 2003 plate Volkswagen Polo - (inset) - to pay for the operation. He said: 'This has been a massive confidence boost and I can't wait to start dating. 'I wasn't expecting the results to be as good as they are. It sounds like a cliché but I feel like my life can begin now.'
